Verbinden statt trennen: Widersprüchliche Adressanhänger an Enzymen fungieren als Haltetaue, um Organellen in Zellen aneinander zu binden. Das hat eine internationale Forschungsgruppe unter Marburger Leitung herausgefunden, als sie Enzyme untersuchte, die mit Adressanhängern für verschiedene Ziele ausgestattet sind. Die Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler berichten im Fachblatt „PLOS Biology“ über ihre Ergebnisse.
